As the host and producer of Drew Process, Perth's only dedicated youth media network podcast, Drew Baker develops, scripts, and delivers engaging episodes every Friday at 6pm. He is responsible for researching topics, managing guest interviews, and ensuring diverse perspectives are represented.
Drew also collaborates on social media strategies to promote episodes and drive audience engagement, creating a platform that connects and informs young listeners on relevant issues and cultural topics.

A volunteer-run, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to showcasing the best films from the Czech and Slovak Republics and former Czechoslovakia.
As a Social Media Coordinator and full-time committee member for the festival, I manage digital content across multiple platforms, crafting engaging social media posts, graphics, and video clips to build community engagement and promote festival events.
I work closely with the Art Director on film curation and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth event execution in various cities. My role evolved from an internship, where I gained hands-on experience in festival marketing, to now leading the festival's online presence and contributing to its growth.

I co-produced and edited the video marking the 10-year anniversary of the Bridge of Hope Innocence Initiative, which highlights the organisation’s mission and achievements.
I Produced and edited the 10-year anniversary video, now published on both the BOHII website and YouTube, showcasing the organisation's impact and raising awareness for its cause.

During my internship at YCH, I helped develop content for their social media platforms and supported the launch of their new website. I collaborated with the team to create engaging posts, boosting interaction and reach across YCH’s online channels.

A key achievement was producing impactful social media tiles that enhanced audience engagement. I also assisted in launching the YCH website, designed with Wix, improving user experience and accessibility for visitors.

As part of the Newsreader Training program at Joy FM, I developed my skills in delivering timely and accurate news updates on air, working closely with veteran broadcaster Gary Wilson.
I gained hands-on experience in live radio news presentation, contributing to the station’s news segment by providing daily updates. Through this training, I honed my ability to engage a diverse audience with clear, concise, and professional reporting. Additionally, I gained valuable experience in radio production, enhancing my expertise in audio and live broadcasting.
