Past decades wellness program delivering leader The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali and its associates have begun their 2023, service excellent, Seasons of Wellness.

Full committed to offering wellness, the resort and its elements’ latest initiative Westin Wellbeing Seasons introduces the idea: ‘that every season is the perfect season for reaching utmost wellbeing’. Westin Wellbeing Seasons’ journey has embarked with its first season of the year – Feel Well Season – alongside the 9th Heavenly Spa anniversary, highlight Nine, So Divine.

Throughout January and February, resort guests are pampered with complimentary wellness offerings – including Rejuvenation Dance, Power Up Yoga, Reiki Healing, and Wheel Yoga. All guests are invited to move well – increasing physique flexibility and achieving holistic relaxation – during their holiday.

At Westin Resort wellness is for everyone, so resort associates are sharing the wellness excitement by engaging in Prof. Dr. Luh Ketut Suryani (SpKJ(K) Mental Health and awareness season share sessions – ensuring everyone’s wellbeing is cared for.

The Feel Well season is followed by the March and April Sleep Well season – with a World’s Sleep Day highlight – that focuses on restful, ‘good-night sleep’ for all resort guests.

The July and August Play Well season is about sunshine and sandy summer toes, and celebrates the global Children’s Day holiday with the resort and its associates packed with family-themed activities.

The inspiring professionals are not forgotten in September and October with the Work Well season. Work Well highlights ‘island pride by rising above convention’ at the adjacent Bali International Convention Centre – well-known for its readiness to deliver perfection to its clients.

The season concludes in November and December during the festivity months with the Eat Well season – where laughter is shared and memories are made together with family.
