Strategically located at Jalan Kesehatan Raya, CONVOI restaurant has recently debuted in South Jakarta’s ever-growing food and beverage scene. A first-of-its-kind in the neighborhood, and conveniently accessible to South Jakarta and South Tangerang residents, this new, contemporary restaurant serves beloved Asian and Western comfort foods.
Created by Jakarta-based design firm Bitte Design whose impressive project portfolio includes Alchemist Anonymous, Arrack & Spice, Artotel Wahid Hasyim, and the Osteria Gia, the restaurant is a modern architectural building and is an escape from the city’s hustle and bustle, amid lush landscapes and an overflowing pond. Accommodating up to 210 guests, the restaurant features a main dining and bar area, two outdoor spaces, a mezzanine floor, and private room built for 16 people.
CONVOI caters to all, from families to young and urban people, becoming a hangout place for the night crowds and promises to “bring the best food in town and host the best acoustic live music performances for crowd-seeking aficionados,” from their strategic location on South Jakarta and South Tangerang districts’ main boulevard.
CONVOI’s extensive Asian and Western comfort food menu is curated by Agus Sutikno, a skillful chef with 15 years five-star hotel and establishment experience. Chef Sutikno’s knowledge and creativity are conveyed in CONVOI’s signature dishes – upping the serving and presentation ante. Signature dishes include savory crispy beef bacon Sunset French Toast, Sei Sapi Pizza, six-hour smoked cakalang fish Spaghetti Sambal Matah, modern take Thai Duck and Lychee Curry, Regal Soft Cookie Skillet, and a modern take on the Indonesian favorite Es Puter Binaria.
With live music performances every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, enjoy the beautifully-designed bar with a wide cocktail array and wine collection.
